The primary role of the General Superintendent is to ensure construction projects are completed profitably, in line with applicable quality and safety standards, and on time.
The primary role of the Superintendent is to oversee construction activities and ensure project schedules, labor costs, and subcontractor coordinators are effectively managed.

The primary role of a Sheet Metal worker is to measure, cut, and weld pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or directions and connect pieces or secures seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws.
