General Superintendent

The primary role of the General Superintendent is to ensure construction projects are completed profitably, in line with applicable quality and safety standards, and on time.

Superintendent

The primary role of the Superintendent is to oversee construction activities and ensure project schedules, labor costs, and subcontractor coordinators are effectively managed.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, checking on the progress of projects, and keeping stakeholders updated throughout projects.

Expeditor

The primary role of the Expeditor is to move materials and tools from shop to field and back from field to shop safely and on time.

Sheet Metal Shop Superintendent

The Sheet Metal Shop Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and production of the department while having a strong presence on the floor.

Pipe Shop Superintendent

The Pipe Shop Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and production of the department while having a strong presence on floor.

Foreman

The primary role of a foreman is to collaborate with management to determine labor needs, deadlines, and safety measures.

Laborer

The primary role of a laborer is to execute various physical tasks, load and unload materials and prepare job sites.

Pipefitter

The primary role of a Pipefitter is to install, repair, and maintain piping systems for heating and cooling, high-pressure transport, oil and chemicals, natural gas, etc.

Welder

The primary role of a welder is to assemble pieces of metal or repair damage using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting of metal into shape.

Plumbing

The primary role of a plumber is to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in structures.

Safety Officer

The Primary role of a Safety Officer is to advise on safety measures, conduct risk assessments, and enforce preventative measures through training and promoting a safe working environment

Equipment & Shipping Manager

The Equipment and Shipping Manager role is tracking orders, managing documents, directing equipment flow, controlling departmental budgets, resolving order-related issues, and ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines.

Sheet Metal Mechanic Shop

The primary role of a Sheet Metal worker is to measure, cut, and weld pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or directions and connect pieces or secures seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws.

Sheet Metal Mechanic

The primary role of a Sheet Metal worker is to measure, cut, and weld pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or directions and connect pieces or secure seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws.

Pipefitter Shop

The primary role of a Pipefitter is to build pipe systems for heating, hot water, cooling, steam, and more while ensuring pipes are cut, installed, and maintained according to specifications.
